	 in small business. This workshop was an introduction to fa
	iliarize the participants with the most commonly used funct
	ons within the application. It was recommended for any indi
	idual who would like to learn, hands-on, how to use the sof
	ware to record financial and bookkeeping data in a computer
	zed environment. Topics presented included the basic proced
	ral steps to create a QuickBooks company, how to process sa
	es and cash receipts, record purchases and cash payments, r
	concile banking transactions and create and customize Quick
	ooks forms.
