For the first time, in partnership with VESTA and Surry Community College, the Southeastern United Grape and Wine Symposium offers a workshop in Brewing Science. This workshop will cover the science of brewing, the history of brewing, and during the workshop you will even complete an extract-based beer and a mini-mash.
