\nPrerequisites: Participants must possess\, at minimum\, paragraph-
 level fluency and clarity\, as demonstrated by successful completion of a b
 asic writing course. Participants must be deaf/hard-of-hearing adults who a
 re either already in the workforce\, or are considering re-entry into the w
 orld of work.
