 ironment. GEOINT was created to describe and encompass both the standard an
 d the advanced (integrated) capabilities of imagery\, imagery intelligence 
 and geospatial information. It was originally primarily connected to remote
  sensing\, but now has branched out to other areas as well.  This Explorat
 orium is for beginners up to intermediate audiences who are either brand ne
 w to GEOINT or are just starting out.  It is NOT for the GEOINT guru or ad
 vanced user.
