Train-the-Trainer Sessions Focusing on Integrating Industry 4.0 Skills

Calling all secondary and post-secondary career and technical educators! If you teach manufacturing related courses, we have an excellent professional development opportunity for you.

Join us for a two-day training session that will feature nationally recognized trainers and equipment including zSpace and Multi-Skill Training Services!

Session Topics Include:

  • Industry 4.0 concepts
  • Competency based education
  • Virtual reality
  • Using these tools in the classroom
  • Funding resources

The two-day sessions will be held in the beautiful city of Owensboro, Kentucky.

Why attend this training?

The two-day session will be focused on helping instructors take Industry 4.0 concepts and integrate them into their classrooms by providing hands-on experiences with training equipment and sharing lesson plan templates and lab ideas. Travel assistance, meals during training, and stipends will be provided to instructors who complete program requirements. (Please note: Instructors within 60 miles of Owensboro, Kentucky are not eligible for the travel assistance but will receive meals throughout the training along with a stipend if program requirements are completed.)

BONUS: Instructors will also gain access to Community-of-Practice sessions that will be offered virtually each month and will feature industry partners, peers, and best practices.
