This case study examines Carolina Sporting Goods, a company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Students begin by reading a brief background profile of the company. Acting as the distribution manager, students will make recommendations on increasing facility usage. Two different options are provided along with discussion questions and instructor's notes.
