Understanding Natural Radiation Activity

During this 2-page learning activity, from the Advanced Technology Environmental and Energy Center, students research the sources of radiation at the surface of the earth. Students will also research how radiation is measured, collect data, enter data into a spreadsheet, and learn how to report the results of research data. This lesson is intended for high school and college level physics, chemistry, environmental technology, or science classes.
