Lief Organics Biotech Field Trip

These resources are related to a field trip taken by students enrolled in the Biotech I course taught at Los Angeles Mission College. Resources include a photograph of the participants and a site visit survey. On September 28, 2017 students visited Lief Organics Labs located in Valencia, CA. Students received a tour of the facility and were presented an experiment. The objective of the field trip was to introduce the students to the real-world application of material learned in the classroom. In addition, the tour presented an opportunity for students to understand the nature of work related to an internship at Lief Organics Labs.
