SMART Center Portside Intermodal Robotics Project (High School) Module

This 7-page resource, provided by the Southeast Maritime and Transportation (SMART) Center, is a portside robotics educational module for middle school and high school students. During this module students will learn the "basics of the Engineering Design Process, that energy used in our environment is not used efficiently, the processes that are necessary for the entire production system to operate efficiently, and the role of the requirements in the development of a product or system." This module includes the following sections: Enduring Understanding, Essential Questions, Outcomes, Materials (including technology), Schedule of Classroom Activities, and more.
