Best Practices for Recruiting, Retaining, and Completing Underserved Students

This presentation, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was as part of a special webinar to the Convergence College Network (CCN) community of practice, and covers several successful case studies and best practices related to recruiting, retaining, and completing underserved populations. This webinar "consist[ed] of seven "lightning round" presentations from faculty at partner colleges from the National CTC." These presentations covered the following topics: "working with industry trade associations, adjusting marketing strategies, creating and sustaining female campus organizations, offering flexible degree plans, strengthening advising processes, implementing career coaches, and targeting local high school students via football games recruiting."
