This 25-page report, published by the Arab Academy for Science and Technology, describes the design and construction of Brotta II, an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV). This report was created by the Invictus Company, a student group that participated in the 2021 MATE ROV competitions Explorer class. MATE ROV is a global underwater robotics competition for STEM students. The competition includes Explorer, Ranger, Navigator, and Scout classes.

In the report, an abstract introduces the project and team. The design rationale is then presented, which includes information on the design evolution, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, mechanical aspects, electrical and control systems, payload and tools, and image processing. Testing and troubleshooting, safety, project management, and finances are then considered. Acknowledgements, references, and appendices are also provided.

Manuals for each class and technical reports from other teams are available to view separately.
