Faculty Experiential Learning Institute (FELI)
Students begin the Academy for College Excellence (ACE) semester with a two-week intensive called the Foundation Course. The FELI is a compressed, modified version of the Foundation Course exclusively for community college faculty, administrators and staff. During this workshop, participants are exposed to all of the same basic communication and leadership curriculum as ACE students, and often experience similar renewal and inspiration. The FELI is the first step for faculty interested in teaching ACE courses, and an excellent way to be introduced to ACE.
