Attend the five-day Grammar Review for Workplace Correspondence workshop June 13-17, 2011 at a cost of $500, at RIT/NTID in Rochester, NY. The workshop will be held daily from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Have you ever had a performance appraisal that states that you need to improve your command of the English language or written communication skills? If your answer is “yes,” then this workshop may be for you. The session prepares you to apply proper grammatical rules to produce better written communications - the kind of writing expected in the workplace. Grammar instruction is heavily emphasized.

Prerequisites:

Participants must possess, at minimum, paragraph-level fluency and clarity, as demonstrated by successful completion of a basic writing course. Participants must be deaf/hard-of-hearing adults who are either already in the workforce, or are considering re-entry into the world of work.
