The National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE) is an affiliate of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC), providing a national forum for administrators and faculty in workforce education, with the mission of promoting excellence and growth within workforce education.

The conference offers several workshops, aimed at demonstrating ways in which community colleges can promote student success in education and training, and how they can prepare the future workforce for operating within a global economy.

The conference also includes several keynote speakers, with topics including work skills, business and industry changes, and tribal colleges.
