OSA's Annual Meeting, Frontiers in Optics 2013, is being held in Orlando, FL, USA, the first stop of a 3 year road trip that also includes Tuscon, San Jose, and Rochester as we count down to OSA's 100th Anniversary celebration. Collocated with the American Physical Society Division of Laser Science’s annual meeting, Laser Science XXIX, FiO/LS features more than 900 presentations–covering the latest advances in all areas of optics and photonics – from adaptive optics and optical sensing to silicon photonics and quantum information science. The FiO Exhibit, held 8-9 October, hosts more than 80 participating companies and industry leaders.
