This symposium will focus on evidence-based practices that support the development and growth of comprehensive undergraduate research programs and curricula. Participants will work with colleagues from other institutions to craft practical strategies related to the following themes:

1. Connecting undergraduate research to the curriculum;
2. Mentor support and development;
3. Enhancing and evaluating student outcomes.

The program for the day will include brief keynote addresses, poster sessions around each of the three themes, and table discussions. We will conclude with a discussion on how to foster international conversations on undergraduate research.
