Sharpen your wine senses during Texas State Technical College's Wine Sensory Workshop. A light breakfast will be included both mornings, and lunch on Saturday. Topics of the workshop will include wine tasting methodology, wine sensory components, wine faults and flaws and errors in the perception of wine. Cost is $199 per person and pre-registration is required.
