The program committee has worked hard over the past two years to bring you an exciting program that will challenge your teaching knowledge and strategies. They received a record-breaking number of proposals for the conference from which they selected a diverse, engaging program that will appeal to teachers at all grade levels and disciplines. For those who wish to focus on a particular topic in more depth, they have selected four strands: Science and Literacy: A Symbiotic Relationship, Teaching Elementary Science with Confidence!; Leading from the Classroom; and Engineering and Science: Technological Partners. In addition to numerous hands-on workshops, share-a-thons, presentations, field trips, and invited speakers, the Museum of Science, Boston will provide free admittance to conference attendees.
