This workshop will focus on the senses and how they interact while eating and drinking, particularly wine.  An exercise in aroma identification and Aroma Wheel discussion will precede sampling 12 wines, many of which are from Kansas wineries.  Taught by HCC V&E Enology instructor Dominic Martin.
