Designed for the CNC machining teacher with an operational understanding of a Haas 2 axis Slant Bed lathe, this class will include both theory and hands on lab time. The theory portion of the class will include rotational axis, types of live tooling holders, programming changes, program editing, and long hand live tooling programming.

The lab portion of the class will include safety, live tooling holder set-up, C axis set-up, Y axis set-up, setting offsets manually and with a tool setter, dry run techniques and machine operation. During the 4-day course participants will have the opportunity to program, set-up and run three live tooling lathe projects.
