The Walter G. Bumphus Leadership Institute is designed to nurture participants for career advancement in Student Development. Using the “Reclaiming the American Dream: Community Colleges and the Nation’s Future” as the foundation for the Institute, the Institute will provide an exciting opportunity for participants to share ideas, engage in critical discourse, and learn from each other while preparing to meet the challenges facing student development professionals.
