ATE Central

GeoFest will consist of a welcoming ceremony with refreshments starting at 8:30 AM, followed by three workshop sessions on a variety of topics. Many sessions will be centered on the Bicentennial of the Erie Canal and on the Geography Awareness Week Theme of Civil Rights. The New York Geographic Alliance hopes to have representatives of several museums and national parks in attendance as exhibitors or workshop presenters. There will be an optional afternoon activity with lunch included.

Registration will be available in early September. If you are interested in presenting a workshop, please contact Tim McDonnel.
