Columbus State Community College will offer a four-day (June 19-22, 2018) educators workshop that will provide a basic overview of multidisciplinary supply chain management through STEM-based activities, trainings, and presentations. The program is designed to better equip educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to incorporate multidisciplinary supply chain and logistics principles into their schools and classrooms. The program will focus on the infusion of robotics and new technologies throughout the logistics industry that is creating an abundance of high-paid job opportunities in Central Ohio.
Program Benefits: Participants will receive CEU credits, a $400 stipend, and educational resources and activities.
Target Participants: Regional high school and middle school teachers, guidance counselors, and STEM educators (Grades 8-12). A STEM or Computer Science background is not required to participate.
