The VESTA Wine Chemistry Workshop is a one day event at the Texas Wine Company. During two lecture and two lab sessions, participants will learn about malolactic fermentation, soluble solids: determination by refractometry, ethanol: ebulliometric analysis, titratable acidity, and much more. Admission is $200 and lunch is included.
