Standards for Technical Literacy: Content for the Study of Technology

Standards for Technological Literacy: Content for the Study of Technology, put out by the International Technology Education Association, and commonly called STL, "articulates a complete set of technological literacy standards and identify a vision for developing a technologically literate citizenry." Sections include: Preparing Students doe a Technological World, Overview of Standards for Technological Literacy, the Nature of Technology, Technology and Society, Design, Abilities for a Technological World, the Designed World, and Call to Action. An Articulated Curriculum Example for Grades K-12 is also included.
