Semiconductor Science Activities for High School Physics

This 44-page teachers guide, provided by Maricopa Advanced Technology Education Center (MATEC), includes semiconductor science activities. The student activities in this packet are designed to be incorporated into a standard high school physics curriculum. The intent is to provide the student with an introduction to study of the electronic facets of physics as they apply to semiconductor technology. This resource includes activities on the n-p junction, the diode, and the transistor.
