NSF Funded Projects: Perspectives of Project Leaders

Eugene Martin of the Department of Technology at Southwest Texas State University, covers a survey of individuals who have received grants for technology education programs from the National Science Foundation (NSF). The paper covers the research question, methodology, and results, and presents internal and external barriers in grant writing. Conclusions and recommendations are also presented.
