Workflow in the CVD Tool

This animation is provided by Maricopa Advanced Technology Education Center (MATEC) and shows the steps in the CVD process cycle. There may be more steps, or minor variations, but most CVD process recipes will look very similar to the sequence illustrated in the animation.
