This paper, written by Professor Jerome Antonio of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Professor Saeed Moaveni of Minnesota State University Moorhead, explores the possibilities of collaboration between international academic institutions given globalization.  Both authors are mechanical engineering professors; they use the paper to "present the experiences of the two professors from their two different perspectives in the belief that this would help their colleagues in the academic community in their efforts to establish viable international collaboration programs."  The paper is 12 pages in length.
