Metric Measurements and Biological Scaling

This lab activity from the Biotechnology Alliance for Suncoast Biology Educators (BABSE) demonstrates how to do proper scientific measurements and the calculations associated with them. It also covers how to make a graph of data and how to interpret the data and associated graphs. It contains an activity that explores the concept of biological scaling, and isometric vs. allometric growth, using sea shells.
