Case Study: Northern Triangle Recreation Equipment, Inc.
In this case study students act as the supply chain manager of a sporting goods company. Company background information is provided and at the end of the study students write a plan of action to address specific issues. Students provide recommendations to increase profitability, reduce costs and increase competitiveness. Instructor application notes are also provided.
