eSyst Implementation Webinar Series Part Five: Data Acquisition

These webinar slides, provided by Maricopa Advanced Technology Education Center (MATEC), accompany a webinar that was recorded February 19, 2010. The webinar was presented by Thomas McGlew, eSyst Project Manager. The eSyst project was "conceived to address the systems view of electronics to meet industry's current needs, develop new systems resources, create a guide to help facilitate the changes, and encourage colleges to update programs." This presentation, focuses on data acquisition for this new approach. The slides describe the potential solutions eSyst resources offer electronics programs, and outlines the difference between the traditional view and the new systems view, as well as general course recommendations, de-emphasized topics, new topics, and general lab and textbook recommendations.These slides are part five of a six-part webinar series provided by eSyst.
