EUFORES is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes the use of renewable energy. It was established in 1995 in order to pursue the targeted 15% substitution of conventional primary energy demand by renewable energy sources by 2010, as outlined in the 1994 Declaration of Madrid. The site provides links to other European organizations interested in renewable energy sources, as well as EU Politics as associated with renewable and efficient energy.
