Assessment of Critical Thinking and Problem Solving on the Multistate Bar Exam

Susan Case, Director of Testing at the National Conference of Bar Examiners, discusses the Multistate Bar Exam and each of its three components, including how each is graded and what skills each measures, including breadth of knowledge, depth of knowledge, and practical skills.
