Safety Learning Modules for MEMS Fabrication

This collection is provided by the Support Center for Microsystems Education (SCME) and includes links to the Safety Learning Modules for MEMS Fabrication. Each module has a instructor and participant guide as well as presentations for the instructor to use in the lesson. These modules include Safety Data Sheets, Hazardous Materials, Chemical Labels, Chemical Lab Safety Rules, and Personal Protective Equipment.
