Unique Challenges and Opportunities in Assessment of 21st Century Skills

In it, Wise discusses practical measurement issues in assessing 21st century skills including reliability and validity, item/task complexity, scalability, test stakes, the risks of incorrectly categorizing students, and time constraints.
