E SC 215: Nanotechnology Applications

This web page, from the Nanotechnology Applications and Career Knowledge Support Center (NACK Center), includes materials for the undergraduate laboratory course titled Nanotechnology Applications. The following five units are included in the course: Material Fabrication Utilizing Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD), material Fabrication Utilizing Dry Etch Chemistry, Advanced Etch Systems, Oxidation and Dielectric Materials, and Organic Solar Cells. 

Each unit includes a number of lectures that can be viewed separately or downloaded in .ppt and .pdf formats. Lectures provide in-depth coverage of each topic, including illustrations, examples, and comprehensive information. Related laboratory activities are available to view separately. Users must set up a free account to download the materials.
