Case Study: Darigold Reengineering - The Perfect Order Project

This case study introduces students to the Darigold dairy farmer's cooperative and how it has anticipated and responded to changes in demand, otherwise called the "perfect order." This short case study briefly describes the cooperative and how it has re-engineered customer service processes by using the metric of the "perfect order." A map with the locations of all of the farms in the cooperative is
included.
