California Community College ICT Student Enrollment and Demographics 2008–2011

This study, from the Mid-Pacific Information and Communication Technologies Center (MPICT) and California Community Colleges ICT Collaborative, looks at the demographics of students enrolled in ICT related courses and programming in California Community Colleges from the 2008/2009 to 2010/2011 school years. The results show that, while diverse, the student population in CCC ICT courses need to do an even better job of recruiting and retaining diverse students and instructors to best meet the needs of the California workforce.
