The Midwest Center for Information Technology (MCIT) is a consortium of 10 community colleges throughout Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota focused on "strengthening and expanding the region’s information technology (IT) workforce." On their site, visitors will find information on MCIT's initiatives and impact, as well as resources about MCIT's research and information technology recruitment and careers. This is a useful resource for helping community college students or recent graduates find information on information technology professional development.
