Darrell Hull

I hold the rank of Professor at the University of North Texas and coordinate our doctoral program in Research Methodology, Measurement, and Statistics in the Department of Educational Psychology. In addition to being an Educational Psychologist, I was once a technician, working in industry with an AAS degree, so I have a special affinity for the NSF/ATE program and I understand technician education first hand. I have been an investigator and an evaluator for several ATE projects (and a Center) for more than 25 years, and have directed program evaluation studies nationally and internationally spanning qualitative/descriptive studies to randomized field trial studies. As president of the North Texas Evaluation Center, I work with several former students and colleagues to provide comprehensive program evaluation support to projects.
