Working Connections First Day Evaluation

This survey, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was created for Working Connections (an annual professional development training event for IT faculty) attendees. Attendees take this survey after lunch on the first day of a five-day program. Responses - all anonymous - are delivered to instructors at the end of the day. The goal is to provide instructors with feedback (e.g. the class is too fast, too slow, too technical) that will allow them to fine-tune their instruction.
