Working Connections Track Specific Survey

This survey, provided by the National Convergence Technology Center (CTC), was created for Working Connections (an annual professional development training event for IT faculty) attendees. Attendees must take two surveys on the last day of the 5-day program- this track-specific survey and also an overall survey. There are up to seven tracks at each Working Connections events - attendees choose a single track to attend all week. The first two questions gather personal information. Because reporting impact is so important, all attendees are required to do the surveys in order to be eligible to attend future Working Connections training.
