These resources are provided by Jackson State University (JSU) and the Center for Advanced Automotive Technology (CAAT) and include information on the 2016 CAAT Summer Enrichment Camp. JSU hosted a one-week summer camp for twelve junior and middle school students at the JSU Department of Industrial Systems and Technology, J Y Woodward building. The purpose of this four day summer enrichment camp was to increase the awareness of 4th-7th grade students in the advancement in automotive technology - self-driving cars with the hope that it will spark interest about pursuing a STEM career and as well improve creativity, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

A 26-page final report document and PowerPoint presentation are included. The final report includes a Table of Contents and the following sections: Introduction; CAAT, JSU Advisory Board; Partners/Sponsors; Program faculty and staff; Participants; Academic program; Field Trips; Evaluation; Conclusions; and Appendix A, B, and C.

The PowerPoint presentation includes a program agenda and photographs of participants. The photographs show students participating in activities such as using GIS mapping, CAD and Solid Works software, learning about robotics, and drawing cars.
