Community of Practice Points Grid

This one-page grid outlines the activities a member of the National Convergence Technology Center's IT faculty community of practice - known as the "Convergence College Network" (CCN) - can perform each year to earn the points required to maintain "Level 1" status. Gamifying membership in the CCN has noticeably increased meeting attendance and overall community engagement. This grid shows the many ways a CCN school can earn points. Only twenty points are needed to stay at "Level 1" (which provides higher levels of travel reimbursement money and access to virtual IT labs) for the next 12 months.
