Community of Practice Evaluation Tool

This 6-page program evaluation tool is completed by member schools in the National Convergence Technology Center's (CTC) IT faculty community of practice - known as the "Convergence College Network" (CCN). In addition to asking for Spring/Fall enrollment and graduation numbers, this report also gathers details on the member school's recruiting activities, interactions with its business council (what the CTC calls the "BILT" - Business and Industry Leadership Team), faculty participation at education conferences, curriculum updates, and any program impacts from recent CTC webinars and events.
