This website includes sequencing the genome of Pseudomonas flourescens L5.1-96 laboratory curriculum that is taught in Biology 211 and Biology 275+276 at Bellevue College. This webpage includes the following sections: Course Synopsis; Laboratory Materials, Protocol and Prep; Lesson Plans; Assessments; and Student Work. The Course Synopsis section includes project background information, a general course description, and teaching tips and reflections on curriculum. The Lesson Plans section includes the following labs: Sequence Data Analysis, Sequence Data, Intro to ComGen and Lab Techniques, Making and Running Gels, Culture Prelab, DNA isolation, Checking DNA Quality, Sequencing Reaction, and Sequencing Reaction Cleanup. Detailed information for each lab is available to view separately.
