Five Levels of Professional Development Evaluation
This 2-page handout, provided by EvaluATE: Evaluation Resource Center for Advanced Technological Education, is from the 2010 ATE PI Pre-conference workshop and includes the five levels of professional development evaluation. The five levels include Participants' reactions, Participants' learning, Organization support and change, Participants' use of new knowledge and skills, and Student learning outcomes. For each level, information is provided for the following questions: What questions are addressed, How will the information be gathered, What is measured or assessed, and How will the information be used?
