The five levels include Participants' reactions, Participants' learning, Organization support and change, Participants' use of new knowledge and skills, and Student learning outcomes. For each level, information is provided for the following questions: What questions are addressed, How will the information be gathered, What is measured or assessed, and How will the information be used?
