Making Sense of Your Evaluation Data

More specifically, the webinar discusses what to do with data ratings, rankings, checked boxes, open-ended comments, focus group/interview transcripts, grades, and website data. Analytic procedures, interpreting results, and what to do next is also addressed. Webinar objectives include:
