This resource, made available by the University of South Florida, is a poster that provides information about a research project on successful academic and employment pathways in advanced technologies. The research was conducted by the Successful Academic and Employment Pathways in Advanced Technologies (PathTech) project. PathTech "aims to better understand pathways into technician education and careers from high school and community college levels."

The research project "utilizes mixed methods to understand recruitment and pathways into Engineering Technology (ET) programs, and link ET education programs with industry careers." The poster consists of the following sections: What is PathTech, Engineering Technology in Florida, Research Agenda and Mixed Methods Design, Findings, Community Impact and Intellectual Merits, Preliminary Policy Suggestions, and USF PathTech Team and Contact Information.
